Refund policy

The short version: if something's wrong, ask within 14 days and you'll get your money back. We'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that isn't working for you.

How to request a refund

Email support@possibleforms.com within 14 days of any charge — first payment or a renewal — and tell us it isn't working out. No forms, no interrogation. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record (the seller named on your receipt), and typically land back on your payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling instead

Cancelling is different from a refund: cancel any time and Pro features simply stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stop renewing. Your synced data is kept, not deleted, and export always works — see the terms for the details.

The fine print, kept short

Renewals more than 14 days old aren't normally refundable, but email us anyway if something's genuinely gone wrong — billing mistakes, double charges and "I forgot to cancel and haven't used it" are all conversations we're happy to have. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including those under UK and EU consumer law.
